Ladakh (Jammu and Kashmir), Nov 29 (ANI): Ladakh region of Jammu and Kashmir is experiencing the coldest winter nights nowadays as the mercury there witnessed a steep fall of minus 30 degrees. Due to intense cold waves in the region, people are facing difficulties in their day-to-day work. People were seen struggling with frozen water taps in the morning. People lit small fires around exposed water taps to de-freeze them. Despite the cold wave conditions, the people are relieved to see fresh vegetables still available in market as roads are not closed yet.
