rejected the anticipatory bail application of rape convict Gurumeet Ram Rahim’s so called daughter Honeypreet as the jurisdiction does not lie in Delhi HC. She has been evading her arrest and does not deserve bail in the charge and section against her. Government lawyer Anil Soni on Tuesday informed that the court said she is wasting time as she filed application before Delhi HC whereas she should have done that in Punjab and Haryana High Court.
